It’s not always easy to visualize the overall design of your dental office when acquiring an existing stand alone building for your practice. Studying and understanding the structure of the building is key to discovering load baring walls and limitations. Upon inspecting what is now Salud Dental’s new stand alone dental clinic, it was clear that the space had significant potential and supplied The Modern Dentist with a blank canvas once demolition was completed. Finding unique characteristics in an existing building can challenging, but that was not the case for Salud Dental of Waukegan. By taking advantage of the existing curved exterior walls and large picture windows allowed our design/build team to flood the clinic with pure daylight making it fell warm, light, and airy. When faced with a challenging space where design vision is difficult, The Modern Dentist can provide clients with a 3D rendering which will give a clear idea of not only your design goals but the overall layout of your space making actual results easier to achieve.
